Working with bootloader from 25/09/2009

Added the Add-ons plugin that allows to download and install settings, picons, games and plugins. Duolabs’s download server already contains several add-ons.
Tips:

* When you press Add-Ons menu you have to press OK to get access to menus
* Receiver must be restarted after downloading the desired Add-On.

This new version automatically updates the Bootloader but the Bootloader from 25 September 2009 must be resident. If your receiver does NOT have it yet please download it from the Bootloader page.

The update picture does not appear now while updating the firmware.

- fixed symlink with /var/etc on /etc directory
- fixed HDMI connection recognization (if no HDMI connected and TV isn't on, then resolution will be set for Scart-PAL, otherwise will be set for 720p)
In this way Wizard should be always available for Scart user and HDMI user with TVs that doesn't support every resolution availables

- added/fixed delayer functionalities (press key OPTION to enable/disable it)
- fixed few bugs on MediaPlayer

WARNING: I know actually there is a bug on LCD image conversion during enigma2 execution, I will fix it as soon as possible,
but supposing this is a beta version I thought it could be like this for a while to prevent few memory crashes.
Does exist also another little bug: delayer function works correctly but the icon in the skin bandeau does not change.

QBoxHD / mini SifTeam Enigma 2 Extreme Edition 0.1.0:

Quest'immagine essendo in fase beta ha dei bug, anche se posso dire che fa il suo lavoro egregiamente
